This 40-hour refresher/preparation course is designed to specifically provide experienced Plumbers with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare and pass the Inter Provincial Red Seal exam.

The classes are scheduled every Sunday morning from 8 am to 1 pm PST, totalling 40 hours spread across 8 sessions. You can choose to attend either in person or live via Zoom. The course fee includes the course notes and practice exam questions.

Course Overview

This 40-hour Red Seal refresher course is designed specifically for experienced Automotive Service Technicians preparing to challenge the Interprovincial (IP) Red Seal Certification Exam.

Delivered by knowledgeable instructors, the program strengthens your core trade knowledge, improves diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and ensures you are fully equipped and confident to pass the IP Red Seal exam.

Classes run every Saturday morning from 8 AM to 1 PM (PST) — totaling 40 hours over 8 sessions.
You may attend in person or live online via Zoom.
Tuition includes course notes, quizzes, and practice exam questions.

Understand the structure, content, and expectations of the Red Seal IP exam for Plumbers.
Review and apply core trade concepts, formulas, and calculations.
Interpret National Plumbing Code, blueprints, drawings and project specifications.
Understand and use effectively in exam scenarios topics related to install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures; drain, waste and vent (DWV), low pressure steam, residential fire, chemical, and irrigation specialized systems.
Demonstrate knowledge of plumbing systems, safety and installation practices.
Strengthen troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for exam questions.
Identify personal areas of weakness and create strategies for improvement.
Develop effective exam-taking techniques, including time and stress management.
